The LynX® software is a user-friendly Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) application that facilitates cooperation between a telephone and a computer. This makes it possible to operate the telephone from the app on the PC. In addition to simultaneously managing multiple calls, it also displays which staff members are available to answer calls. Both telephone and video calls are possible. In addition, the app includes instant messaging to send short messages to fellow users. Moreover, for personal ease of use, contacts can be grouped in the overview and a detailed call history is available.
